resize animated gif

I am not that lazy, but if someone has the time can they resize this gif so I can put it onto my mobile phone?

I wish to make it 300x300

I have searched the internet for a fast free proggie, but get stuck!

Unfortunately you lose a bit of quality at 300 X 300.

To re-size would you just take the frames and enlarge them with a photo editor and then put the frames back into the animator?

Anyway, google Microsoft GIF Animator for this free program to make animated gifs.

when compressed to my new "muh song" i-mobile 902 w/ 5MP camera the image is quite impressive.
I scored this phone on ebay for roughly 2200 baht, all the other bidders did not know i-mobile, but I do!
