Well last Sunday night, was sitting in the Walkabout Bar 500 meters from the M stadium in Cardiff, thinking what mayhem will be here next Sat ( Today )

Discussion was also on where , how, will the fans stay etc, having stayed in Abergaveny, the pubs there were fielding calls on availability !!!

Chippies have ordered an extra 500 tonnes of Cod and Pratties for the influx.

Scotland to win ( cant forget 2003 ! ) and good for Scotland

Italy to win, coz its good for rugby

Irealand ummmmm, coz its good for Irealand ?? :guiness:

Just love the way you pull my chain, you know I'll go scrambling through Wiki to find out wtf happened in the Calcutta Cup in 2003. Yes, an England win at 40-9. ](*,) And I've spent the previous week trying to find out who the third Wallace will be for the Lions. Looks like the Aussies have been sending the Pom off on a Rugby internet chase. I won't be watching any games today, more likely booking myself in for some counselling on my perceived inadequacies. :freak:

Yeah, I forget, something like that.

Oh, 1996, England won the Calcutta Cup.

I don't think England have won a World Cup since 1966.

Yes indeedy my Spanish Russian friend. The days results are as follows:

Italy 8 - 50 France

England 26 - 12 Scotland (was it really 26?)

Ireland 17-15 Wales

Alan - remember to drink responsibly just like they tell you on the TV.

And my namesake, Paddy Wallace nearly screwed up the game for Ireland with that penalty giveaway.

Wazza, I'm not exciting, you of all people should know that.

Too early in the day for alcohol ;) I watched it drinking coffee... Great day and a much needed shot in the arm for Irish rugby and indeed this country but Christ my nerves are gone! Jones's penalty was from 48M so wasn't easy and indeed fell short. A great day and I got to see a grand slam in my lifetime... =D> =D> =D>
