We live in BKK but we own a building lot in Ban Nong Wor Sor and plan to eventually build up there. About 2 blocks from our lot is another lot that has had the fill dirt added and they are apparently getting ready to build...Rumor in the neighborhood is that it is a farang and he is building a 200 sq meter home.

Well there is a very nice banner out in front with the email address "samruaybuilding@hotmail.com". I sent an email and got no response...
Does anyone on the board know anything about Sam or how to contact him?

Yes. we have a 4 year old and I can sing all the Bob the Builder songs from memory... we have at least 5 CD's and they seem to go on and on and on...
