Here are two very bad solutions to the problem if there really is a problem.

One - Establish a premiership consisting of those posters who reside in Udonthani 9-10 months of the year.

Two - The second tier would consist of posters who reside in Thailand, but not in Udon, 9-10 months of the year.

Three - This tier would consist of posters like me who are only in Thailand for a few months or less throughout the year.

Somehow or other Lee could make available the League tables consisting of these three tiers for viewing.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The second very bad solution is to eliminate showing the number of posts altogether. You could have something to indicate a person was a new poster but that is all. No-one would have any any post counts attached to their name.

I have my own grading system, which is based on posts being graded under these headings:-

CI = Coherency indicator = how coherent was the actual post, could I understand it :?

RI = Relevance indicator = how relevant was the post to Udon Thani or those with connections with Udon. :D

VI -Value Indicator = how valuable/useful was the post content to myself or other posters :D

GI = Gibberish Indicator = was the post gibberish, did it make any sense (that's a negative indicator) ----- [Also known as the VDI - Verbal Diahorrea Indicator] ](*,)

OTI - On Topic Indicator = how on topic or anywhere near the original topic was the post! :D

OPII = Offensive/Personally Insulting Indicator = How offensive or personally insulting to another poster was the post (another extremely negative indicator) :censored:

TPI = Troll/Provocation Indicator = how intentionally provocative was the post, was it intended to stir up other members. [-X

CTI = Contradictory Indicator = How contradictory was the post to previous ones made by the same poster ;) #-o

I then grade posters contributions based on the above criteria. Needless to say it's a full time job!! :-" :-"

Your criteria is far superior to mine; however, I fear most of us are in, or close, to negative territory.

This is why it is important for us to go to the Thai wats and make merit since we have an overabundance of baap (sins/demerit). 55555

I do not envy your task in the least, but considering everything, you guys are very good at what you do.
