Robinsons in Bangkok have good stocks of clown sized shoes, so you could try the one here. Otherwise, you might be fekked.

I bought two pair of sandals ,size 46 just outside Robinsons upstairs in a small shop.Paid about 2000 baht a pair, wear one pair everyday for the last 3 years and still don't need to wear the other pair as the first I have held up great.

I have a wide foot also and trying to buy shoes in Bangkok or here has been impossible!

I have New Balance brought over from America. They cost $200 a pair ,but they last and fit properly, not like the imitation or chinese made crappola they sell here!

I take European 46 but on (trainers) label shows as UK 11 or USA 12... :-k Anyway yes one of the biggest problems here. Last time got I lucky with Bata in the Complex and got 46. Before that had been in Udonmag and she insisted she had my size (heard that before)... She gave me one to try on... it was an 8!

I dont know if that urban myth is true about big feet, big dick. I guess CoCo the Clown is hung like a horse if that is true.
Joking apart, I've given up long ago trying to buy foot wear in size 46 in Udon.
I either bring them over from the UK, or buy them in Bangkok from Mr Pom www.massimoshoe.com

I take size English 12 (Euro 47.5 ) for normal shoes I wouldn't have a chance but I buy two pairs of trainers year and between Robinsons and Sports depot I can always pick up a pair.
Maybe not in the style I want, but I can get something all the same.

On the weekend I brought a comfortable pair of Nike, size 47.5 made in Vietnam.
I also brought a pair of Reebok, same size but too tight to be really comfortable, #-o
Ok for casual getting about with no socks.

Thanks to you all. I will try to find a pair at the complex. Better a clown than barefooted ...

NOt the sports shoes, but sandals and others try the place across the street from the bus depot down town, it's at the corner of the alley. Looks like heck but they make good shoes.
