Site slow?

I forgot to mention that since cookie settings have been changed it would be a good idea to clear your cookies if you're experiencing login problems.

All morning I have been trying to make a posting. At about the halfway point the page jumps back to the forum index and of course when I go back, my message has disappeared. Is this my computer problem or have we got gremlins on the forum.?
