How do you sleep at night?
Is it just me?Seem to go off alright, but wake up about 2.am.Thats it!
Is this common? Maybe this is normal when one gets older!
Do you have this problem?

Wellllllll...does the fact that I am answering this at 3:05 AM tell you anything?

Its a normal part of getting older for many of us. A few people can sleep like babies their whole lives. I once worked with one guy who never slept - he was a very productive engineer and manager since he could be doing things while the rest of us were horizontal.

I usually take a mild sleeping pill that keeps me asleep past the pilt that I would normally wake up, about 3 or 4 hours after initially falling asleep. If I can manage to miss that first awakening, I am usually good for the next three or four hours, for a total of about 7 hours.(I am awake now because I had to make a phone call to the U.S. during their work day, otherwise, I would be snoozin right now.)

Of course, a relation ship wth a Thai woman will often cut into those sleeping hours.

5 to 6 hours has been my normal sleeping pattern for the last 30 years, so living here hasnt changed it, except when its really hot and humid like now. when i wake up, thats it, i can never get back to sleep, and if i try the next night to catch up and get an early night, i just wake up earlier.

I think he would need some ''connections''to find something ''to eat// at that time! Maybe the discos are still going,I don't know!At that time ,I just take a pee and go back to bed knowing the dog will wake me up when the birds start chattering outside

I sleep about 4-5 hours a night and catch a little nap in the afternoon!
