If the chemists are closed,i did read somewhere in an emergency a very cold banana skin straight from the cooler might ease the 'chalfonts' to an extent.

Get a plastic bag, put some ices cubes in, apply to the ring piece, that should reduce the swelling grapenuts around the clackervalve area, until you can get to a pharmacy and purchase a tube of tropical blend Preparation H.

Not sure if they staff it 24 hours but the Aek Udon Hospital's pharmacy might be worth a crack during off-hours.
