Somjai Homeplace

PostAuthor: Kudjap or Bust » November 7, 2007, 8:25 am

Does anyone live in this complex or know anything of the houses there. A friend saw the ad in the Udon Magazine (pg 20) and was interested. He tried the website but it's not available til later this month. He'd like some personal experience and comment before contacting them.

Our friend is a Thai originally from the Udon province now living / working in BKK. He wants to buy a single storey place near to the city.

We looked at Somjai a couple of years ago and were a little disappointed.
But,in fairness, two years is a long time and it may well be a lot better now.
Try Sawanya Pavilions, more or less opposite Tesco Lotus....go past SB Furniture then sharp left at the LPG station.
Baan Chonrada is very nice but I think that they are all two storey there.

Tell your friend to look at the ad "Freshly painted house for sale". Very convenient location and very nice home.

Thks Zidane, I'm going to go take a look for him over the weekend, take a few pics etc. Haven't heard of Sawanya Pavillion do you know if they've got a website?
Our friend doesn't want to be near the airport, Baan Chonrada's in that direction I believe. Plus I think you're right they're all 2 storey.

DieselD, is this house in Somjai?

Sawanya Pavilions currently havent got a website but I believe they are in the process of constructing one.
To find their office turn first left after Security and travel approx 20 metres to the next Soi....the office is facing you....got a small buggy outside for showing you round the estate.
