every time I go to hotmail it shows up in Thai I did every thing I could think of to change it to English
there is no option that I saw were it says english thai I do not have thai in my computer English only
any suggestion or help will be appreciated

Change the language on the top on the right side.

Have you tried changing/adding the language settings that you want, on your computer?

I have English (UK) English (US) and Thai.

Maybe, though, you may just need to click on the "English" tab, on the Hotmail site.
