I had a check up, polish, 3 remaining bits of root from a tooth removed, gum stitched up etc for 1500 baht last Christmas Day at AEK. Service was excellent.
I also had a calcium growth / lump removed from my hand which cost 3000 baht inc dressings, antibiotics and painkillers.

Paolo doesn't have a website, but there is one for Wattana (across from Nam Prajak):

The permanent crown was seated on Friday by the Ratchanai Dental Clinic.

The doc did good work, was efficient and followed through on everything as promised.

I'll be back there for future dental needs.

cleaning is easy, pain free and inexpensive, at that friend of a friend of a friend, no name dropping on this forum    . see you when you get here, as too lazy to actually figure all those logistics out. but Ree, just had two wisdom teeth yanked, at same time. for some reason she took my advice, as why do one now and one next week, be in discomfort all at once. well, some of my happy pills for day and half, now BS ib profen and no problems.

been having my teeth done there for half the price of paolo and aek udon for past couple years and no cavities, so they must know what they are doing. gem go charged 1000 baht for last cleaning at paolo, 800 + 200 for fluoride treatment, new place, 200 total, included flouride treatment, really, they are baby teeth and going to fall out anyway....................please. :censored: :censored: :censored:

I'm with urmel777: AEK has some pretty good dentists.

Having tried another, I am back to AEK -quality work.

I haven't had an injection for dental work since I left the U.S. Really speeds things up, and I don't dribble coffee all over my shirt because of the numb lip! :D :D :D

I had some work done by a dentist in Budapest, Hungary back in Feb 04. Inlays, crowns, bridges. It was nice to have a full mouth of teeth again. But, the work started falling out within a year. I went to AEK in April 05 to have the pieces glued back in and going there ever since. When the inlays fell out, she said there wasn't much tooth left and recommended replacing them with crowns. None of her work has fallen out. I've had 5 or 6 crowns and an implant done. Very professional and friendly.

The Paolo hospital has a new name: Panyavejinter Hospital,

but they still have their old website:
http://www.paolo-udon.com/International%20Service.html

The name of their dentist is Dr. Prattana, I think she is very good.

You can make an online appointment or call John Thavon ( The international Service Center manager)
