I don't see anything new.

What's the original thread from ThaiVisa? It may have more information.

Again, something which has come from another Forum and we know nothing about its genuineness or authenticity.

I agree with Arjay. Post the link and not copy and paste. If I then want to read I have the pleasure of clicking on the link. Then I will read all that is said and not someones interpetation.

From what I could figure out from it all - it isn't anything for anyone to get excited about.

The Visa is for people that travel to Thailand on a regular basis for business that is being conducted with Thai / Thai - Falang businesses. A work permit is not permitted with the Visa - it just makes it easier for business people to come here for meetings and such without having to deal with the new 90 day rules.

A quick reply to Wickder. It's only "come and go as you please" for a businessman doing business. For anyone else they would be lying on their applications, and it is because of such issues that the rest of us have problems. If someone doesn't have the basic honesty and integrity to follow the visa rules then they can't complain at the Thais trying to plug the loopholes. The rules may not be what I like, but they are the rules and it's part of the price of living in LOS.

Sounds like something that "Sunbelt" might offer, and would supply the paperwork. If so, where does the lying come in :?:
