Procedure
On February 1, 2008, the U.S. Government will increase its fees for certain U.S. citizen passport services. For adult applicants renewing a passport, the total fee will increase to $ 75, and replacement for a lost, stolen, or mutilated passport will also increase to $100. For first-time applicants age 16 and over, the total fee will increase to $ 100. The fee for minors under 16 years of age will be $ 85. Fees may be paid by in U.S. Dollars, Thai Baht, or by debit or credit card.

1. Complete a passport application form (DS-11 or DS-82 depending on your situation). Forms are available at the ACS office. Use passport application form DS-82 only if:
* you have been issued a U.S. passport in your name within the past 15 years;
* are able to submit your most recent U.S. passport at the time of application;
* you were at least 16 years of age when your most recent passport was issued.
* In cases of name change, you can submit proper documentation.
If the passport you are applying for is a replacement for a lost, stolen or mutilated passport you must use form DS-11.
2. Submit the application and required supporting documents to the American Citizen Services Office between 7:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. or 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Friday. You must sign your application before a Consular Officer.
3. Pay the required fees: $85 for a minor application, $75 for an adult renewal, or $100 for an adult first-time issuance or replacement for a lost or stolen passport. Fees may be paid by in U.S. Dollars, Thai Baht, or by debit or credit card.
4. Allow two weeks for processing. Passports must be picked up at the ACS section by the applicant or authorized representative.
