Any chance of monthy rentals in the future?

For stays over 2 weeks there is a discount of 10%. There are also plans for longer stay budget accommodation next year.

It's amazing some enterprising persons haven't built any quality proper one bedroom plus living room plus kitchenettes for long term rentals. IMO, there is a definite need.
I prefer large apartment living. I know of many people who feel the same.
IMO, Udon has plenty of "budget accommodations" (one room) already.

There are plenty of long-term accommodation options in Udon so I don't think you'll need to revert to a cardboard box under the overpass yet. LOL.

Check out the accommodation page http://www.udonmap.com/udonthani_accommodation Businesses such as BB Resort, Englishman's Retreat, Ruy Suk Mansion etc all offer longer term rentals.

Have a safe trip over.

Thanks! Your place looks more like a home. The others look cold... like a hospital room. Great location too.

From the picture and description, this sounds like a much nice place to stay than any hotel in the area, and that's not counting the price, which seems very reasonable. If my guest room ever overflows, I will point people toward Udon Residence (or maybe give them my bedroom and the Mrs. and I will move to Udon Residence :) )

Has anyone on the forum stayed in this hotel yet? I'm in town in June and thinking about staying, but have not heard any feedback yet. The pics, etc makes it look nice and clean.

Thanks,
Deano.
