1) try a system restore to a date before the installation

2) the hard way, go to program files, delete all the files, go to the registry, and 1 by 1 remove all the software components

I usually use CCleaner to uninstall a program. Within CCleaner is a tools option... You highlight the program that you want to remove and click "Run Uninstaller." After the program is uninstalled I then click on the registry button and click "Scan for issues" and let CCleaner fix any registry problems... Finally run the cleaner option.

CCleaner is like a dose of salts for your system. You can get it here:

Thanks for this alan,
I had in the past some same kind of problems like Doug
Never thought that I could do this with CCcleaner.
I use CCcleaner almost on a daily base to clean up cookies,...
never knew that I could use it to uninstall a program.
great info, thanks

try this go to safe mode then try to uninstall the program
many times it will not let you unistall because some programs may be using the dll files
when you go in to safe mode no files are open that why it called safe mode
even when you fragmate your files always do it in safe mode you get better results
safe mode is F5 key then F8 key on some boards or just the F8 key for others
delete key is for setting your bios & changing your boot up preferences
