if it has that many viruses on it then maybe a system restore wont fix the problem but its worth a try

it should only take about an hour and half

Superantispyware worked great!Took 35 minutes to scan it and found 305 problems most related to XP2008 which is a rogue antispyware virus.I really appreciate the help!Thank you all!!
