Valentines day

PostAuthor: papaguido » January 15, 2006, 7:40 am

What are you doing for your sweetheart ? That day's coming, just around the corner for all you procrastinators. Since my wife is there and I'm here I have to rely on the web and have some flowers and a cake delivered.

Probably will be doing no more than i would usually do any other day as it is always valentines day in our house , flowers arrive on a regular basis , i agree to most things my darling would like, so shopping trips can be expensive ! I think a purchase of quality diamonds or diamond is in order, Oh man she loves a diamond, and she is definatley worth it.

Now i've read this back i think i may have been spoiling her a little.

Forgot to mention, this year will probably be the usual meal down the local indian, flowers and a few jars (beers). Not necessarily in that order though.

When i submitted that post i thought i would get some stick , but i am brave enough not to edit it and will foolishly stand by it..
When i mentioned diamond or diamonds i did not state the amount of carats that would be involved, they will have to be real as my darling is not fooled by less expensive looky likeys, still i was going to go for the big one but now after reading these posts i will settle for the 1/4 carat if i can get away with it. 8-[ hopefully i won't end up like this :fryingpan:

Thank you, BB , yorkman and tenbyboy for putting me straight.

Just a quikey, BB mentioned a indian meal, i have not met many thais that like indian food, fortunatly mine loves it , ( wandering of topic again )

Once while shopping at Walmart (USA version of Tesco) I pointed out some very nice articles of womens clothing to my wife...well if looks could kill  For her Gucci, DKNY, BEBE, Guess, etc. Fortunately for me she had a job at the time and earned the money to keep herself in fashion.

Hey this is all one sided :!: What is your lover going to get you, or more to the point, what do you want. I know what I am going to get, a new leather belt, because the one she bought me last year is too small now. Same story every year, really must get that diet going, trouble is I love my food so much. :)
