Similar happens in Udon Thani. Some businesses are searching more or less secretly new owners.
In 3 or 3 month time it will be very difficut to place even a good running business on the market.
Ah, if this is to be true, then perhaps the property / real estate prices will come back down to a realistic price. Right now I am amazed at the amount of money falangs are wanting for their so called businesses - which typcially are failing - but the falang think that it is worth millions.
Know of one place that is barely taking in 5,000 Baht a day that is asking something like 4.2 million. To top it off, the building is only leased, and not owned.
Maybe this VOA thing will give some folks here a touch of reality and common sense... But nah - being the cynic that I am, I'm not really going to hold my breath...
