Does anyone out there use Skype with a VoIP Phone rather than headset. I find lately I miss a lot of people trying to contact me on Skype and I'm away from the PC, I have the PC on all day and skype logged on when I'm in the house, by the time I get back to the PC they've logged off.

If you do use a VoIP phone and recommendations, I saw a reasonable one on eBay, cordless, 50M usage distance from the PC, can browse contact to call them etc etc... all for £22 UK.......

I use skype and have the phone. Bought it in Bangkok, I am sure you can buy one at the complex upstairs.

No this plugs into the usb port. Works great

You may use PDA phone which including WiFi or GPRS modem inside and running with latest Windows mobile OS. You have to install Skype for mobile on it as well.when you are being far away from desktop computer you can connect to internet by using PDA and run Skype. For this way, you won't miss any call via Skype but you must pay some for outside network charging.
