I think minimum for 6 mounths. Can pay max 10000 baht.
Minimum 2 bedrooms.

I'm Norwegian (40) and my Thai girl (25)
we will soon have a baby, and I don't want this baby to stay in the village
without AC and everything else...

We will not use it all time, because we have a condo in Jomtien.
