I voted UD. I'm hardly ever out on my own, usually with family in tow so UD or NM works for me. On the occasion that I'm out without the family than it's someplace like Irish Clock or maybe even Harley O'Tools.
As for the other two (D&N and Nutty Park) given the choice it would have to be Nutty Park.

For us it is Harrys bar, no crap out there, and good card players. When in the mood for a few drinks and laughs, one of the night clubs in town.
Night market, Nutty park, Udon Centre, no thanks. Irish clock definately NO it is way too stuffy, its not a proper drinking mans bar IMO, Harrys beats it hands down.

I voted for either Precha or UD Center, and when I'm not there then you can find me 2 doors down with Thai friends getting pissed/3 to 4 sheets to the wind. Only time you see my down at D&N or Nutty Park is with friends for a quick beer and bye bye. Pop's

good poll, i'll just have to go with where i actually drink more than one beer. lately, last 2 excursions, it was Glen's Sandwich Shop, short stop turned into a few hours. the only other place i have more than one beer with a meal is the Irish Clock, and of course, in the past, monthly meet up, but lately have missed them. unless a preplanned meet up with others, such as UD the other night, where i sipped cold tea, or when Mark/WBU was in town, Saeng Khao for a few a couple times, i actually don't drink much. maybe a small or large with a meal. this New Years being an exception at Nobi's, can't remember last time i was awake past 10 pm.
normal basis, the Irish Clock is the only place i'll usually have more than one beer, if not a planned meet up with beer on mind. voted Irish Clock, usually a meet up at restaurant venue. as for monthly meetings, well, i miss 3-4 a year do to out and about, and lately not motivated on the day of last few i was actually in town.

When out and about by myself, it's the Irish Clock.
The NM and UD come in a very close second.

The only time that I visit Day & Night is when I have to for a Pool match. Often visit Nutty Park for food & drink. Don't like the Night Market now since it became Non smoking. Was OK when you could sit at the table and smoke, but get up and walk 20 yds eveytime you want to light up ...... NO THANKS. Never been to UDON Center (CENTRE?) so can't comment. Went to the GO-GO once ..... and only once. Too old for night clubs ...... leave that to the kids. Been to Irish Clock 3 or 4 times when friends want to go there. One time ordered Sunday Lunch and got a meal smothered in gravy, which I hate on roasts.... no gravy boat, it just arrived ruined, and didn't get eaten. Another time ordered Hungarian goulash and even though it was supposed to be a "main course", it would have struggled to be a "starter" ..... left almost as hungry as when I arrived. Don't go there any more (unless for a pool match). Sometimes have a beer in Orange Moon or Sabai Sabai, or Fiddlers Green

Just noticing that the originator of this little game, put the Irish Clock down in the multiple choice. Why didnt you put down something like Bars, you only name the Irish Clock in the whole scenario, so when the game is complete, guess who has the most points.....you guessed it IC.
There are a few more bars around town other than the IC, are you touting business for them btw or this is some sort of free advertising.

The Irish Clock good food, and company in there, I love the Sunday Roast and the Breakfasts. A nice clean toilet. Mojo's. Orange Moon. The Night Market for the live Premier Football, with me mates, beer towers, and the beer girls.

Cryptic, is there ANYTHING between your ears? Even though I don't particually like the place, I can see that the IC is a completely different type of bar to the majority, and as such will attract a different type of client to say the Orange moon. This is a thread to find out what "Type" of bar people frequent, not which one in particular. As the IC is (to my knowledge) the only bar of that type, it makes sense to use it as an example, rather than say ..... A "British Pub" style bar which has up market decor and seating, has a beer garden and serves food as well as draught beers

There are a few more bars around town other than the IC, are you touting business for them btw or this is some sort of free advertising. You, obviously have no idea of the original poster or bothered to read past posts otherwise you would never have made such an outrageous claim. All your latest posts have been offensive. If you wish to be offensive then I suggest that you take your posting to some other site as it certainly will NOT be missed by this one. Either modify your outlook or move to another forum....

I went with somewhere else as I like my local Thai bar. It has a big screen and cute waitresses... They show football all the time. If not premier league they will have Serie A or Spanish. The owners are nice guys and I love the place... Too much... Cryptic... Have you considered therapy? No point in trying to denigrate every topic... It just becomes boring and you become another sad pathetic nobody. Email Dr. Phil, take a Xanax and enjoy life.
