There is another hotel that I can commend:

The white inn nogkhai hotel,
1299 Prajak Road, Soi Nittapat,
Muang, Nong Khai 43000.



It is located on the end of the nittapat soi.
On the left side and on the right side of this soi are nice little bars located.



One room is Baht 800.
The hotel has been built on the end of 2010 and it is quite pretty inside.



The bathroom is clean and fresh, the employees are polite and speak englisch.

I stayed at the White Inn last month, it was grewat. I liked it much more than the MuttMee, or the Pantawee both of which I have stayed in recently

Agoda shows 800 thb a night but normal price is 1600, so do you know if they accept to give 800 at the desk without booking ?

And internet is good when used from the room ?

Yes, I paied that price without booking.
I don't know about the quality of the internet in the room.
