You know this house(s) in NK? A few villages WEST from your plot.
The location is very nice and the property looks great, it seems the owner is moving to Chiangmai.
For people who have this kind of money available: great opportunity to live yourself in the bungalow and the other two for rent!

I currently rent one of the attached houses listed above and have lived there the past year. The owner is in fact moving and my wife and I have made arrangements to move into his house next door. My wife will be managing the property while he is gone.

Our house will be available for rent starting 1 Feb 09. It is one of the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom units in the front. The gardener will be retained and the property kept up to the same immaculate standards as always. Rent is 10,000 baht per month.

As seen in the above pictures it is a beautiful property with a great locaction on the bank of the Mekong River in Nong Khai.

If anyone is interested in renting the unit and would like to have a look at it please PM me or give us a call at 084-865 6038.
